Orders and payment

An order is accepted when the store sends confirmation of acceptance or fulfills the order. Prices, taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and payment status are shown during checkout and in your order record.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Verify the delivery address before ordering and contact support promptly if tracking indicates a problem.

Returns and refunds

Eligible delivered items can be submitted through your account. Refund timing depends on inspection and the payment provider. Product-specific exclusions and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
